Saturated Devour + Black cleaver would reduce Reksai's own armor
When I have

the armor reduction buff was applied on herself every second attack.
It wouldn't happen when I only got

saturated 
and are the only two I have tested(just now did Rek'sai) That have this happen. And looking at it they both have something in common. They both have an ability that enhances their next three AA's.
Might try and find others.
