no one plays Viktor so it has probably gone unseen for a while but...
Basically Viktors q gives you an empowered auto attack for your next auto. But if you attack a turret or structure then you will keep doing empowered autos until the timer wears out.
now is it showing an empowered animation, or is it actually doing more damage? Because some champions, take 
for example, when he activates q, he shows an empowered animation every auto he does to towers, but he never actually does the extra damage.
It's amazing how many of these threads are made each week in spite of the fact that Viktor's Q is simply not doing ANY bonus damage against tower structures.
The animation is not extra damage. Yes, Viktor is a fairly good tower pusher (especially with sheen and/or 1000 AP AAs), but his Q does not proc on towers. It just plays the animation.
Like 80--90% of all games I play are as Viktor. I CAN 2-hit enemy turrets and inhibitors...
but only at full build w/ lich bane. :P
