Team Unable to Buy Ornn Upgrade

Just had a game where no body on my team could purchase an Ornn upgraded item. Anybody else ran into this? Reported a bug through the in game link thought id ask on here too. I wasn't Ornn if that makes a difference.

how long did the game last? think you can't buy it the first 13 minutes or so

Ornn has to be level 13 in order for you to be able to buy the items. That might have been the problem.

7.18, sometime in September last year. :)
