[client] Champ Select Lock In Button Grey, Unclickable

This has been a problem ever since the new client was introduced. I have no idea how to replicate the issue but it's fairly frequent. I'm curious to know if Riot is aware of this and trying to solve it, or if it's lag-related and something on my end. Any feedback is appreciated
