[GAMEPLAY] Illaoi -Tentacle slap without range indicator

It's a small bug I found, it only happened once to me but still. I thought I should let people know since it did have consequences on my game.

What happened is that the tentacle that spawned attacked without the range indicator showing up.

I know that this doesn't happen too often (from my experiences) but it might be quite annoying during games.
