when the second auto attack on the ward, the poppy was out of the normal auto attack range

It's her passive, it increases her autoattack for one attack and if he picks up the shield that falls from it, he gets a shield. It's not a bug, this is intentional XD

She throws the shield and then hits the ward from way far away with a normal auto [slayer-jinx-unamused] It's a bug.

If I had to guess, it doesn't resolve her auto attack range until the whole animation is completely over.
