LoL Patcher not launching client

So I tried to play a ranked match today and I instantly bug-splatted before the game even launched. Then when I tried to load up the client it told me the game may have "corrupted files" and will need to check to see if anything needs to be reinstalled. Waiting for the client to repair itself when I get another bugsplat mid-way repair.

So whatever I'll take the -20 LP hit after my teammates remake the game. I uninstall and reinstall the client perfectly no problems there, but as soon as I click "Launch," nothing happens afterwards. The log-in screen does not pop up or anything and I'm just stuck here with this problem.

I tried to google the problem to no avail with people saying that there was an issue with Avast and LoL a couple months back, but I don't even use Avast I have BitDefender.

Any solutions? First time I've ever seen an issue like this.
