If u do, and cant use them

Hey SDS K1ng,

Thanks for the report!

We're aware of issues where sometimes chroma packs aren't loading into the game properly. Unfortunately, we currently don't have a solid repro for the issue and are still investigating.

I personally use the Nami chroma pack and I've found that selecting -> deselecting -> re-selecting the chroma pack has allowed the chroma pack to be successfully loading. (Crappy workaround, I know. D:)

YES VAYNE CHROMA PACK STILL BROKEN FOR TEAMBUILDER ONLY THE RED ONE MANAGE TO WORK BUT HER GOLD AND WHITE CHROMA IS NOT ITS BEEN AN ISSUE FAR TOO LONG.
