Honor Bug

I was getting honors almost every game and i doesnt get honor lvl up.. For expample my friend wasn´t playing for the long time but he got a honor 3 in the month... i dont know where is tre problem beacouse i played mostly with friends and they honor me but nothing happen. I want ask if this is a bug. (Sorry for my english).
