Lower priority queue?

I really dont understand the concept of these queues. I mean 5 games that you have to wait x amount of time to play is ok~. but ive played about 13 games in a row in these queues, even doe i didnt afk once during these matchs. i think theres a bug in the system because ive been playing the featured gamemode and i dont think it counts as a game. PLZ fix this. I dont want to play 13 more games in these queues >.
