Champion Capsules Not Added To Account

Today, I hit level 61 after finishing a Butcher's Bridge ARAM (not sure if this information is pertinent). Regardless, I recieved the notification that I had obtained a champion capsule. However, it is not in my account, even after relogging, and my BE count does not appear to have gone up. Any ideas what's wrong here?
