What is wrong with key fragments... You are supposed to get them trought winning games but i haven't got one for about 20-30 wins; Until the update with the hextech mystery champion shards in the store i got 1 in about 3-4 wins but now... Could you please tell me how to get them or fix my problem? Thank you in advance!!!
The drop rate for key fragments is a curve, not a line. With each fragment you earn, the chance to earn your next one goes down slightly. This number resets roughly every thirty days after you earn your first key fragment.

the chance of getting a key fragment goes down the more key fragements you get. They are supposed to reset at the end of each month but uknow riot.
