4.19 Fresh Install stuck at 243mb

I am trying to first time install League on a new computer but every single time I try to patch it gets stuck at a random % but the remaining file size is always 243mb. I found a couple of other threads of people that have the exact same problem and not one rioter has replied even though they are several days old at the point. Does anyone have any idea how I can download the game from a fresh install without this occurring? I have another computer that already had the game installed and it patched just fine...(this was hopefully going to be an upgrade from that toaster)...

I have the same exact problem, I got a new computer and tried to download league. The first time it went to 243 mb left, the same thing happened the second time, it happened after i tried to repair the third time, and even after I tried reinstalling. I tried to download it on a different computer as well and the same thing happened only during this patch, it's very frustrating!!

Riot is too stupid to actually have us download a fully patched client. It reminds me of why wow is successful and why this game is not.

Mine has been stopping for the last week since the 4.19 started and i haven't been able to play and it always stops and I just wanna play please riot fix this i'm using a mac and i wanna play the new map this is crazy Riot i beg you to fix this

bump , having that problem but for me the farthest I can get is 600 mb or so out of 1000 :( RIOT PLZ FIX

i was a little irritated this morning and kinda of went a lil bezerk here so i apologize the patcher wasnt working for me on a clean install but i got it to work as i said below

update: i was able to get the patcher to keep going after stopping (o kbps) by disabling peer to peer, disconecting from internet (with patcher still going) , resetting my modem n router, then enabling peer to peer as soon as it reconects to intel;rnet, started back up again still going well see

update 2 : ok took forever and a day to install the patches at the end for some reason it kept looping on those too but eventually it got there
