[CLIENT] Timeout and Disconnect in Draft Pick (Unranked)

Randomly while in Draft Pick, the client does not seem to advance into the next stages of draft pick at random times.

Sometimes this occurs while joining the game: after clicking the "accept" match, the timer runs down to zero, and then an error message appears ("an unexpected error has occurred"). When closing the client and reopening, I can't rejoin queue because of the dodge timer.

Sometimes this occurs when in the ban stage. The timer counts down to zero, and then the lobby hangs for a minute or two at zero seconds until once again displaying the error message.
