Rerolling Prestige kaisa

i spent the entire event farming and my friend just gets to reroll for it. Is this supposed to be allowed? because it kinda ruins the exclusivity

It's a skin.
How is it not fair? Everyone has the same chance of getting it in a reroll or from a chest. Same (relative) odds.
You have like a 00000.1% chance or something of rolling a mythic through the Hextech, so yes it's meant to happen. It will most likely also be returning in the future under the mythic line (which it is part of) for Gems only since the World tokens aren't permanent and they do give us a border for having it now.
Plus, since it is a normal skin and doesn't require the original to use, it's not like a Chroma (those you cannot get through Hextech).

Just wanna mention that I already own like 90% of the buyable skins in league if not more. Which lead to the fact, that gettin a mythic skin isnt as uncommon now for me. (in rerolling of course) Soo I think theses prestige skins shouldnt be part of the rerolling system. :/
