i spent the entire event farming and my friend just gets to reroll for it. Is this supposed to be allowed? because it kinda ruins the exclusivity

It's a skin.

How is it not fair? Everyone has the same chance of getting it in a reroll or from a chest. Same (relative) odds.

well you are not taking one thing into account a skin that costs money is less valuable than a skin that CANT be bought with money but with a hard grind and when someone can just get it becaseu they were lucky it kinda ruins the point of the hard work and makes you feel really bad and stupid becaseu you think of all the other things you could buy with these 2500 world tokens

The only skins in the entire game that are not part of the Hextech system are discontinued skins, Beta and Honor rewards, and Victorious. Everything else is completely able to be earned through the loot system or even mystery skins. Including the other Mythic tier skins.

You have to be incredibly lucky to get mythic skins from rerolls or a straight drop (or just have basically every skin in the game already).

You have like a 00000.1% chance or something of rolling a mythic through the Hextech, so yes it's meant to happen. It will most likely also be returning in the future under the mythic line (which it is part of) for Gems only since the World tokens aren't permanent and they do give us a border for having it now.

Plus, since it is a normal skin and doesn't require the original to use, it's not like a Chroma (those you cannot get through Hextech).

Why not? it's RNG. Pass costs 1650 RP, even less than an ultimate skin and mythic skins cost hundreds of dollars yet they're rerollable, why would this be different? the only true exclusive skins are PAX ones.

Just wanna mention that I already own like 90% of the buyable skins in league if not more. Which lead to the fact, that gettin a mythic skin isnt as uncommon now for me. (in rerolling of course) Soo I think theses prestige skins shouldnt be part of the rerolling system. :/
