[GAMEPLAY] Can't use Crystalline Flask

Clicking the Crystalline Flask using the mouse or the keyboard shortcuts doesn't work a lot of the time, and the item remains with 3 charges and it doesn't heal or give you mana. Only after swapping it again and again in the inventory slots for a few times then will it start working, but after you recall back to base the same thing happens again.
