Got in promos but lost lp from first lose???

So Im a gold 4 player, I have been in gold 4 for a long time, but lately I got 100 lp. at the end of the game that gave me 100 lp, I got the same message you would normally get every time you go on promos, this confirming me that I neede to win 2 out of 3 games. Until there everything was okay, I already understand the system, but the next game I played, sadly was a lost, normally it would say that I need to win the next 2 games, OR I wont climb BUT ill get a free win next time right?.. Well no, as I lost that game, I dropped from 100 lp to 80lp, I looked at my summ profile with 80 lp and I was like, hum maybe it hasnt refreshed yet, the next day I played another ranked, I lost again sadly.. but I got 59 lp!!! I expected something in the lines of you lost promos so you have 75 lp and a free win,but the thing is that I lost lp as if I had lost 2 ranked, not as if I was on promos, I never got the message saying that I would get a free win or anything, so what happened? from 100 lp promos, I lost 1 game and I wasnt on promos anymore, but on 80 lp, after another lose, on 59 lp and never got the message saying that I would get a free win or anything???...
