Hi, im getting a black screen when i try to load into a game after champion select. (happens when i try to spectate a game too). I also get "error receiving message from server" message when i first log on. Just started happening after the new patch. I have reinstalled the game and tried a few other things but nothing seems to work. Someone help please!!!!

Same here, im so happy im not the only one, i also comented another post similar to this so i hope riot will realise the bug and fix it i would like to play for my birthday
Having the same issue here!!! Even the ticket I have with the support team isn't working.
Since Riot isn't doing much about it, here's a temp fix; mash enter or enter+delete+space when your screen is black. Within 10 seconds you should see the background and character splashes as usual.

Press Space-Enter-Delete at the same time in the black screen! It work!
