Summoner Icon not showing when Queing in Normals/Draft

I was just queing up for a game of normals/draft and my summoner icon disappeared for the que screen

HOW TO REPRODUCE:

1. Que up for a Normals/Draft game
2. That's it

I picked Jungle-Primary and Mid-Secondary, but I asked others in game and they claimed to have the same problem.
