Hello, i dont know if it is a bug. But, Ormn ultimate is so fast. Hope it is a bug if there is no bug there i may unninstall the game i cant hit that ultimate. XD

tbh its not hard to hit or land the ultimate. now his e is kinda buggy with wall/obstacle interactions.
