[GAMEPLAY] Gragas Q won't cast

When playing an ARAM match as Gragas, about halfway through the game, his q wouldn't cast and this went on for the rest of the game. The description was the same, but the mana cost said 0 and the cooldown also said 0... Any ideas on what's happening?
