Cannot Add more people to custom ( bug )

I cannot add anymore people in a custom game right now. As soon as more than a certain amount of people join I cannot invite more than a certain amount of people. It is really hard to get 10 people in a game I don't know how to. I hope this can get resolved quick I saw another post just like this.
