I bought ziggs today， it charged my ip wrong。Before my balance is over 16000，after I bought Ziggs balance is 7207，I refund it got my ip back to 16000，and bought different champion with same price（4800）its happened again. I refund it. restart game bought ziggs again and its happen again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
