[Client] ARAM reroll

When I reroll in ARAM and the game does not start due to someone dropping, that reroll is lost. In the old client the reroll would be retained.

Just wanna say ditto. Win 10, new client. Had four players dodge in a row, and I lost my reroll on the first one. So sad.. -_-

Having the same thing happen to me. Rerolls disappearing if someone else dodges. HOWEVER, they reappear if I log out of client and log back in.
