[CLIENT] Stuck in the new Champion Select with a timer of 0.

I selected the new champion select via the "Try the new champion select now" thing and got into a champion select with 4 other players. Once all champions had been loaded into the selection and everything, one of the opposing team members [ ] were stuck at 0 time left on their countdown pick for which was later changed. We assumed it was a dodge... Then things got weird. The timer was stuck on 0 for him, and was like that for probably a minute or so. After that, the last player selected and we were locked into waiting on the game to start with the load in music stuck on loop and the timer set on 0. We have been sitting in the Select for probably 25 minutes now, and nothing has changed...

We all are aware of the new dodging penalties so we didn't want to leave, but we also do not want to be stuck in a champion select forever...

I would like to know that this is just a one time issue and not something that will keep occurring..

P.S. Just exited the launcher and re logged in. Seems like nothing happened from leaving the new select.
