[Client] Champ Select Broken - Forced to dodge twice

In champion select, I cannot see any options for champions to choose. I play league fairly often including yesterday and this has never happened before. After the game forced me to dodge since I had no champion selected, I waited for 5:00 due to a dodge timer and tried again. The issue was still present.

Edit: A friend of mine said that he had this problem and that switching to old client helped him, so I am trying that right now.

Edit 2: Old client seems to be working fine. In a game now.
