Hecarim E Damages still apply even if countered by Poppy's W

When Hecarim dashes on someone with his E and gets cancelled by Poppy's W, he still applies his damages to the target anyway, that's not the first time it happens to me, it actually happens easily 4-5 times in each of my games with a Poppy and an Hecarim, So here i gave you a little clip of a poor twitch getting his ass fucked by a ghost highkick from hecarim. In the video you can clearly see the hecarim getting stopped at a safe distance from the twitch and still killing him with his E damages.
