[CLIENT] Unable to pick champion in champ select when it is your turn

Bug in client where champions are still grayed out when it is your turn to pick champion. Champ select timer runs out and it is counted as a dodge towards you.

This happened to me as well, and now I don't get the reward AND I can't play for no reason at all. I'm kind of pissed off and upset now.
