[Gameplay] Ekko's W passive replaces on-hit effects
If the target has lower than 30% hp and Ekko's W passive comes into play, the total damage damage from Lich Bane plus his E plus his W is somehow lower compared to when he just uses his E and autos.
Unless that's intended.
