Client Patch Loop?

So, my client was open and running perfectly fine one second, and then it decides to "have a problem while patching" when I was already patched to 7.16 and having no issues whatsoever. And now it's stuck in this loop of reverting to an older version of the client, and having a problem patching so it restarts. Anybody else experiencing this or have a fix for it? I've already removed the files from my computer and completely reinstalled it, but it still continues to loop.

Ok, so after 2 hours of being gone, I came home, restarted my system, and everything seems to be totally fine again. If you haven't restarted your system yet, i recommend it.
