Camera Glitch locks onto ADC??

ok so im going to make a ticket soon but i really wanted to see if anyone else has this issue and if there is another way i can fix it: keep in mind, I've reset league in game and out, reset my laptop, reset all my keys to default, to try to fix this, the last thing i want to do is uninstall then reinstall league so (I mainly play mid/jungle) whenever i go into game i have this unpredictable glitch where my camera locks onto the ADC. Its not even like it locks on and follows the ADC smoothly, it jitters and it is very unpredictable. Sometimes it may be great early game where i don't get the glitch at all, but by the late it does; I may have the glitch early game but then mid game it goes away; or i have it all game. it can happen whenever & stop whenever its spastic. The massive issues that comes with this glitch are -- when it randomly locks onto the ADC and i have to press Y and play with my screen locked all game (which i never play like that so its very annoying) yet even when i lock my screen on my character i get a flash of where my ADC is constantly on my screen like its still trying to lock onto my ADC, so when i click to move my character around, and it shows a different location (being where the ADC is) on my screen and i click, it will direct my champ to where the ADC is, wherever they may be until i click again. This is so annoying to deal with in team fights. Another thing that comes along with this is, i would get that warning that ill be disconnected for being afk. Which is complete bs because i would be playing all game. It make no sense. And id only ever get that warning if i'm experiencing the glitch. The worst thing that's happened was that i was in a leading game and there was a team fight that pretty much determined our victory whenvsuddenly the warning popped up on my screen and since i'm constantly clicking i accidentally hit "leave game" we lost that game, and i don't want to play again until i know its gone. Ive played a couple of games with this glitch and its ONLY the ADC its never been with another role and its not champ specific, ive had it with ezreal, vayne, tristana etc and its only my ally ADC. i just want this to go away so i can play again :(( HELP!
