Games won’t load.

Hi there, i’m just wondering if it’s common to have games not load past the loading screen? Sometimes when I login my games will load and most of the time it won’t, resulting in timers (so far they’ve been short) and demotion. Is there any way to fix this? I’ve made sure my firewall has nothing to do with it and I have a stable connection to my internet. Help :(

^I forgot to add that it simply stays at either 100%, 94%, or 4-6%.
