Blitzcrank hook not showing entirely. [Gameplay]

In game Blitz will launch his hook and part of the hook wont show. His entire hand wont show, but the chain will. Every blitz hook in my last game was this way. It appeared the same way for at least two other people on my team, and at least one on the other team. The bug was on 5.10 patch in ranked solo queue.
