Gameplay Problems With Jhin 8/10/2016

So I do not have the best internet connection but i have around 60-70 ms which isn't all that bad, but recently (within the last 24 hours) with the champion Jhin, every time i try to use his Ultimate (curtain call), my game freezes for five seconds and doesn't show who or more like what, I am hitting. This only occurs with Jhin, all my other champions that i select even with their skill shots, are fine. My ms stays at about 60-70 during this situation but my fps drops to about anywhere from 0-10. If anyone else is having this problem it would be awesome to share or explain how you fixed it. it's only with Jhin's ultimate, all his other abilities work just fine without any drop in my fps. On an added note, I have only seen this problem with Jhin in ranked, I have not yet discovered whether i would have the same problem in a normal or bot game.
