Removing the Leveling Up BOTs?

I know it's not a bug, but i don't seem to get an answer anywhere else. Can you please do something with the leveling up bots that are clearly bots (and not new players) at low levels, up to 15-20? This is really outrageous, 9 out of 10 games have them... should i use the same lvl-ing up "tehnique", seeing how it works? :/ Thanks!
