[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn instantly hitting targets

During a ranked game, I noticed that instead of following Caitlyn's auto attack animation, she instantly hits her target whenever she fires instead of landing when the animation does. This happens randomly, except for a few conditions. (I was using Rebellion Caitlyn Skin.)

1. Your passive is not proc'd
2. You crit This, for some reason, ensures that the bugs happen, and instantly hit Caitlyn's target.

I have only seen this happen after 5.16, and happened all game.

I don't have screen capping software on my laptop, so could someone else reproduce and post images/gifs of the bug?
