[CRASH] Both Teams Disconnect Completely

Early into game, our Cait dc'd. Unfortunate, but not a big deal.

Then, she comes back, saying she was bugsplatted. Around that time both teams start asking each other "are you getting that lag?" And yes, multiple people are lagging. My ping and fps was still normal for me, though.

We still play, even though everyone is lagging pretty badly, and Cait dc's again. A few minutes later, both teams dc entirely. After a few minutes, three players on the enemy team are able to reconnect and end the game.

After I dc'd, I alt+tabbed out and tried to reconnect, but couldn't even get to loading screen; I got an error that I couldn't connect. I then restarted the client and still couldn't reconnect. After trying that, I lost the ability to reconnect and the client appeared to be operating as normal. Then, the lost game shows up on my match history.
