Can't Auto-attack nor using abylity-related to auto-attack

I have this bug for about a month now, I don't know how it occurs, but when it does, I'll not be able to auto attack minions or champs, I cannot also use abilities like Irelia q or any other targeted spell I need to reload the game to fix that bug, but it's kinda annoying as it happens like once in a day. Auto-attacks seems to work with the option to auto after a movement. I really need this fixed, so please, help me [slayer-jinx-unamused]
