Why is riot refusing to comment on the per side camera offset issue?

title says it all. it broke after 6.2. There are many like myself who it dramaticly hinders red/purple side play. I know i've personally posted in a thread on here, Tweeted @Riotgames and @Riotgamessupport along with submiting a ticket and still havent heard anything.

Because they care more about how people spectate the game, the Sona bug, then how they play the game. Is this comment a little crass, prehaps. But seeing that they acknowledged the spectate bug while there is so many reports on the offset bug is a slap to the face.
