I levelled up from level 46 to 47 and didn't get my champion capsule. The animation for levelling up and getting a capsule was shown at the end of my last match though. I hope you can check the logs as the only proof I can send is my empty loot inventory.

bluefire mark 21 votesThe other thing i would try is playing another game. I've had that happen to me where it took another game for it to show. If THAT does not work, contact league support.
