'Left Champ select'

I got a bug during chap select in solo/duo ranked saying I left champs select. also got the "becayse you abondoned a recent game during champ selection or declined too many games, you are currently unable to join the queue. QUEUE DODGE TIMER" message. Really riot? I've been getting this message every now and then for, like, 2 years. Stop punishing me for some game bug.
