Intermittently during games my q and r quit working and contentious to not work the rest of the game, start of the next game it works just fine, this is an issue I've had on both PBE and live server.

I've had the same issue. But you can disconnect and reconnect to the current game for a quick fix. This has been ongoing since the rework. Also happens with Vi's Q.
