LP Bug?

After just playing a Ranked game that ended up going extremely well for me and my team, and leveling up, the end-game screen had given me (+20 LP), but the end result of my points from 0 LP ended up being only 17 instead. I couldn't find anything similar to this upon searching. Is there such a thing as Negative LP that ended up taking those 3 points away?
