It seems that either the damage or the description of Miss Fortunes passive is off, it looks like her passive is supposed to do half of her AD when attacking a new target, which is what happens, but the description says it does 100% of her AD. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but it consistently did about half of her AD at lvl 18, but still showed 100% AD in the description.

Love Tap: Miss Fortune's basic attacks deal 25 - 50% AD bonus physical damage, doubled to 50 - 100% AD against champions and monsters,
It should do half damage to minions yes, but if you attacking a champion i believe it should show 2 numbers 1st: your AA dmg (- their resistances) 2nd: love taps bonus dmg (- their resistances) Love tap should scale somewhere between 50 - 100% of your AD, ill admit I'm not sure what the scaling depends on, checked the wiki and it doesn't say if it doesn't my guess is that the ability is bugged
Okay, just did some more research, and the bonus damage Love Tap applies depends on Miss Fortunes level. Ranging from: Level 1 = 60% Level 18 = 100% If my math is correct it scales at 2.3% per level
I tested it out in-game, and it appears to work correctly At level 5 my passive was scaling at 71% of my AD, and doing my calculated damage to the Ashe bot
