[CLIENT] Dodging bans due to no champions in champ select :'(

Hey Guys,

First post on these forums, so going to stick to the guide on how to report a bug...might seem like overkill but I've included everything that I did in order to recreate the issue a second time...I've played for a while using the same PC, using the same internet...first time I've come across this issue...I have screenshots, but not sure how to attach them to this post?

Not sure if I've lost

1. Load league of legends (new client)
2. Log in (wait for login queue)
3. Click "PLAY"
4. Click Ranked Solo/Duo
5. Pick Role
6. Click "FIND MATCH"
7. Wait...
8. Click "ACCEPT!"

I'm then in champ select with no champions to choose from, cant declare, ban or choose a champion...all I can do is watch the timer hit 0...
