Champion select bug where it will not maintain a live feed i.e no updating of information

very very very frustrating and has resulted in my client automatically dodging in games simply because i cannot select a champion since it did not update to the live feed of what's going on in champion select. simply cannot play anymore because it continues to do this with sporadic consistency on several of my accounts. I've tried everything and I'm convinced it is a riot routing problem. please help spread awareness of my problem because no one will take it seriously and address it at all.

I have been having this issue as well or at least something similar to it. When I go into champion select the client becomes buggy not updating when I click icons or not displaying what my teammates or opponents choose. Also if I can get far enough to start the game my client crashes when the game starts and I have to re-launch lolclient and reconnect to the game.

EDIT: Also, I did just install Windows 10 and I don't know if this is the problem or not but I never had this issue beforehand.
