[GAMEPLAY] Warwick's W passive sometimes won't activate

Warwick's W's global passive will sometimes be wonky, or just straight up not work (like in the linked video). I'm not sure what exactly triggers it, and sometimes you'll be going straight towards a low hp enemy but only get the movement speed going 90° to their direction. The different times this has happenned, pressing W to activate the ability on the champion on which the bug is occurring does not fix the issue, you still do not get the movespeed.
