i bought 1 item from lunar revel shop and cann't buy more champions it is say : an unexpected error has occured . please check back again later why even i have alot of riot points

I had this problem, i wanted tahm TahmKench kench with skin but it wont buy, so i tried another two of my things and it worked for both, even though i don't want them as much, why will it not let me buy Tahm Kench and Masterchef skin?
