i bought 1 item from lunar revel shop and cann't buy more champions it is say : an unexpected error has occured . please check back again later why even i have alot of riot points

Hey , iam trying to buy Cutthroat Graves . Ive read something about that this bug goes on because Graves is on sale

This is true. If you don't own a champion (in this case Graves) and that champion is currently on sale, then you will be unable to purchase any skins in the Lunar Revel shop that include that champion.

There are two ways for you to fix this. You can either purchase Graves separately for 50% off (or with IP), or you can wait until Graves is no longer on sale.

Yo! I know it is not exactly the right post to comment on but I've got no choice. My lunar revel shop is not working for 5 days now and I coulnd't get any rioters to help on the issue. Commented under posts with same problem and even created a discussion myself but still got no feedback. The shop icon is there but it won't stop loading so I couldn't access the lunar shop anymore. I even bought rp to unlock the skins and now I'm nervous that the shop will close down before I get to solve the problem. Even a "we are on it" will be ok for now. Thanks a bunch!

Heya Rumpdedum -

Do you have the Your Lunar Revel shop icon (the purple button next to the regular orange store button)? Or, are you able to click on that button and the store doesn't load at all?

As a heads up, the shop is sticking around until February 8th, so you still have some time before we close up shop (heh).

Thank you for replying. Yes I do have the lunar shop icon and i can click it but the page wont open and a loading sign will stay on the screen. Very few people have this problem and it's not solved yet. I'm only hoping that it will be repaired until 8th

It's the first time I've heard something like this but I also have 2 accounts on same server. I tried to transfer the other one to Turkey since I'm from there and it was free but now the transfer has a rp fee for some reason. Bad luck all the way...

I just spoke to one of the guys who handles Your Lunar Revel Shop and he said he's speaking with his team today, as he thinks he may have an idea as to what's going on. (Sorry for the delay, it's a newer feature and troubleshooting can be a bit difficult. D:)

Hello again. last day of lunar revel and my shop is still the same. If i can't make it until tomorrow as well can i maybe get an extension after the shop is closed or should i just give up on my discounted skins T_T

I'm not exactly sure. All I can say is whenever it is February 2nd where you are, just keep checking for when the Graves sale ends.

they (rito) prefer to end the sales at 0 gmt

EDIT: im pretty sure that they try to do this with all events and things, dont quote me on this tho

I had this problem, i wanted tahm TahmKench kench with skin but it wont buy, so i tried another two of my things and it worked for both, even though i don't want them as much, why will it not let me buy Tahm Kench and Masterchef skin?

do u have tahm? if no its because he is on sale this week, and there is a glitch going around where people r not being able to buy skins if the champs they are for are on sale and the said person does not have that champ

EX: I dont own tahm, tahms on sale, i want masterchef, it wont let me get masterchef
