Rakan ult charm still active during zhonyas
Im not quite sure if this was intended or not, but rakan can still charm people even while under the effects of stasis like bard ult and zhonyas

lol, i dont think it's a bug. Always thought it was sorta like swain's ult. tho to be fair u either have to have extremely good timing, the enemy was already charmed before being zhonya's or the enemy walked straight into an already ulted and zhonya'd rakan
It's not a bug. Think of it like 
ult. It's just an affect that follows you around.
