[GAMEPLAY] REK'SAI + SATED DEVOURER = BUG

Whenever I play and I achieve sated devourer at any point in the game, the Q when un-burrowed (Queen's Wraith) will damage you and deal on-hit effects to you. For instance, if you have red buff and sated devourer, if you were to Q a minion, monster or champion, you will slow and damage yourself as red buff's on-hit effects work. Another instance being, if I have black cleaver and I were to Q with sated devourer, the will damage me and reduce my armor up to five times, also how the items on-hit effect work. I have also tested this with other items, and as long as you have sated devourer in your possession and you use Rek'Sai's Q, you will take damage and apply on-hit effects to your self. RIOT please help me so I can play my favorite Champ in the jungle again!
